What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we’ll let you know how to return the item. You must know that the delivery cost for returning the item has to be paid by the customer. We will let you know the deduction amount once you contact us.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
Our specially-trained Quality Guardians check your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us a couple of photos of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement. It’s very important that you inspect your product upon delivery and let us know immediately if there is an issue.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
You can cancel within 2 hours from order placement time.
How long will my refund take?
We’ll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you’ve placed an order, we’re not usually able to make any changes. Please contact us if you’d like to ask us about this.
